Mighty Wash #5 of Lubbock

Usually the guy in the front it’s pretty nice but the day that I went in, of course he does it so pitch I kept telling him no not the very end. He kinda got a little attitude and then he tells me just so you know these two are for Members only and I said oh well there was no sign. He goes. Oh well it was there and I said and it’s not there now so I will no longer be going here because I don’t need an attitude and I know how to work the machine. And on top of that, there was no line nobody was around

We appreciate how quickly traffic moves through the car wash and the thoroughness of the folks who hand dry at the exit (one of the primary reasons we switched to Mighty Wash from our previous vendor!). We also use the detail services with regularity, and they always provide an excellent experience.

Their wash broke off one of my valve stems and I had to park next door at the gas station while waiting for a tire repair guy. I talked to manager and filled out an incident report. He found my valve stem tip inside the car wash. It cost me $100 to get my tire fixed. I left all my info and they never got back to me to make it right. Canceled and never going back.

Great car wash. As I was driving through, I had a young kid who was moving too fast and as I was moving forward he bumped into my car. He said out loud, “You almost took out my shins” when in reality he was moving way too fast with no clear direction for me to stop. Please someone look into this or have your employees pay better attention and not move so fast as they hurt themselves and then blame it on a paying customer. I pay a membership here and should not feel bad about getting a car wash.

Pretty disappointing this place used to offer interior detailing for $50 (I can only assume under the table) a few months back and did a great job for that price point. Now that Mighty Wash is advertising detailing services here they are twice as expensive and half as effective. The staff in the detailing center was friendly but looked to be about 14 on average and lacked some basic customer service skills like eye contact and attending to a customer at the counter even though they made eye contact with me outside while I was walking in. The car washes are still good, just won’t be back for the detailing services anytime soon.
